- PUBLIC NOTICE The Grantsville City Board of Adjustments will hold a Regular Meeting at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday June 18, 2026 at 429 East Main Street, Grantsville, UT 84029. The agenda is as follows: ROLL CALL PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE AGENDA 1. Consideration of a request for a variance to allow a proposed single-family dwelling to have a 12-foot side yard setback where a 15-foot side yard setback is required, resulting in a 3-foot encroachment, for the property is located at 159 South Freedom Way, in the R-1-12 Zone. 2. Consideration of a request for a variance to allow a proposed single-family dwelling to have a 12-foot side yard setback where a 15-foot side yard setback is required, resulting in a 3-foot encroachment, for the property is located at 123 South Liberty Street, in the R-1-12 Zone. 3.
