- Notice is hereby given that the Logan Municipal Council will hold its regular meeting beginning at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, 2026, in the Logan Municipal Council Chambers located at 290 North 100 West, Logan, Utah 84321. - Council meetings are streamed on the City of Logan YouTube channel at: https://go.loganutah.gov/CouncilMeetings - Complete Council Agenda and Packet at: go.loganutah.gov/2026councilpackets Regular Meeting Agenda (5:30 p.m.) 1. Call to Order: Chair Mike Johnson 2. Opening Ceremony: To be determined 3. Acceptance of Minutes (May 12, 2026 Budget Workshop and May 19, 2026 Regular) and Approval of Agenda: Chair Mike Johnson 4. 2026 Regular Meeting Schedule - First and third Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m. - Next meeting is June 16, 2026 ________________________________________ 5. Questions and Comments for Mayor and Council (Non-Agenda Items) Members of the public may address the City Council on items not listed on the agenda. - Please come to the microphone and state your name and city of residence for the record. - Comments are limited to three (3) minutes, unless additional time is granted by the Council Chair. - Groups are encouraged to appoint a single spokesperson. Comments should relate to matters within the authority of the City Council. PUBLIC HEARING - Budget Adjustment FY 2025-2026 appropriating: $30,000 golf course reserves toward equipment repairs - Resolution 26-22 - Rueben Nelson, Assistant Finance Director ________________________________________ 9. Workshop Item (6:15 p.m. estimated) A. Budget Adjustments FY 2025-2026 appropriating: $750,000 electric fund reserves toward rooftop solar infrastructure associated with the Public Works campus project; $8,801 funds received for reimbursement of police overtime shifts; $5,850,000 grant funds the Public Works Department was awarded from the Cache County Council of Governments (CCCOG) for improvements on the 400 North and 600 West Corridors; $4,630 State grant funds for fire department training - Resolution 26-23 - Rueben Nelson, Assistant Finance Director ________________________________________ 10.
