- CLARKSTON TOWN COUNCIL PUBLIC HEARING AND COUNCIL MEETING Notice is hereby given that the Clarkston Town Council will hold a Public Hearing and regular Council Meeting on the 3rd day of June, 2026 at the Clarkston Town Hall at 24 South Main, Clarkston, which will begin promptly at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: 1. Call Public Hearing to Order Public Hearing to hear on the following: Proposed Fiscal Year 2027 Budget 2. Adjourn to Regular Council Meeting Opening Ceremony - Councilmember J. Petersen Approve Minutes of Town Council Meeting held May 20, 2026 3. Business Ordinance 26-03 'An Ordinance Adopting the Clarkston Town FY 2027 Budget' Resolution 26-08 'A Resolution Amending the Clarkston Master Fee Schedule to Increase the 911 Fee' 4. Departments Mayor Thompson Pony Express Public Comment Councilmember J. Noble Fire Department Parks/Recreation Department Councilmember B. Goodey Youth Council Planning Commission Councilmember D. Godfrey Cemetery Department Water Department Councilmember J. Petersen May Warrant List Roads Department Speed Signs on 300 South Software Demo Emergency Management 4. Other Business Public Comment Next Meeting - July 1, 2026 5. Adjourn The Clarkston Town Council reserves the right to adjourn to an executive session. In compliance with the American with Disabilities Act, individuals needing special accommodations during this meeting should notify the Town Clerk at least three days prior to the meeting.
