- The North Logan City Council will hold a regular meeting on Wednesday, June 2, 2026 in the City Council Chambers (meeting room) at the North Logan City Office (2525 North 600 East), North Logan, Utah beginning at 6:30 p.m. This meeting will also be available through a live stream at the following URL: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCLiZ99g67CZg1lT4V7yDNkw The agenda is as follows: 1. Opening Ceremony * Roll Call, Welcome, and Opening Ceremony * Adoption of agenda Opening Business * Recognition of Exemplary Staff Member * Proclamation Recognizing an Appropriation from State Legislators * Reports from Public Safety Officials * Review of Strategic Directives and Action Items Consent Items * Consider approval of minutes of previous City Council meetings * Consider ratifying an appointment to the North Logan Planning Commission Current Action Items 2. 6:35 PM Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed revision to the FY2026 Municipal Budget. The City Council may consider approval of a resolution following the public hearing. 3. 6:40 PM Public Hearings to receive public input on a proposed FY2027 Municipal Budget. This budget shall include a proposed property tax increase above the certified rate The City Council may consider approval of a resolution following the public hearing. 4. 6:45 PM Public Hearing to receive public input on North Logan City compensation changes for municipal appointed, statutory, and elected officers for FY2027. Following the public hearing, approval of an ordinance may be considered to adopt compensation changes for city officers. 5. 6:50 PM Convene as the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) to hold public hearings to consider adopting a proposed revision to the FY2026 RDA Budget and a proposed FY2027 RDA Budget. The RDA may consider approval of resolutions following the public hearings. 6. 7:00 PM Convene as the Local Building Authority (LBA) to hold public hearings to consider adopting a proposed revision to the FY2026 LBA Budget and a proposed FY2027 LBA Budget. The LBA may consider approval of resolutions following the public hearings. 7. Budget Officer statement that the tentative budget includes a proposed tax rate increase. 8. This is a separate item notifying the public that an executive officer or budget officer of the North Logan City taxing entity intends to state in the public meeting that the tentative budget includes a proposed tax rate increase. 9. Consider approving a property tax impact schedule that is separate from all other budget documents. 10. Consider a resolution amending the North Logan Design Standards Technical Manual (DSTM) regarding stormwater detention and retention standards. City Council Work Session Items 11. Updates regarding North Logan's water capital improvement projects. 12. Updates on Civic Center. 13. Reports from City officers, boards, and committees. 14. Mayor item updates and coordination with legislators, ULCT, Fire District, CMPO, COG, CWC, RAPZ, Recreation Center Committee, Public Communication,...etc. 15. Closed Session to discuss the acquisition of real property and pending litigation.
