Current Action Items
2. 6:35 PM Public Hearing to receive public input on a proposed revision to the FY2026 Municipal Budget. The City Council may consider approval of a resolution following the public hearing.
3. 6:40 PM Public Hearings to receive public input on a proposed FY2027 Municipal Budget. This budget shall include a proposed property tax increase above the certified rate The City Council may consider approval of a resolution following the public hearing.
4. 6:45 PM Public Hearing to receive public input on North Logan City compensation changes for municipal appointed, statutory, and elected officers for FY2027. Following the public hearing, approval of an ordinance may be considered to adopt compensation changes for city officers.
5. 6:50 PM Convene as the Redevelopment Agency (RDA) to hold public hearings to consider adopting a proposed revision to the FY2026 RDA Budget and a proposed FY2027 RDA Budget. The RDA may consider approval of resolutions following the public hearings.
6. 7:00 PM Convene as the Local Building Authority (LBA) to hold public hearings to consider adopting a proposed revision to the FY2026 LBA Budget and a proposed FY2027 LBA Budget. The LBA may consider approval of resolutions following the public hearings.
7. Budget Officer statement that the tentative budget includes a proposed tax rate increase.
8. This is a separate item notifying the public that an executive officer or budget officer of the North Logan City taxing entity intends to state in the public meeting that the tentative budget includes a proposed tax rate increase.
9. Consider approving a property tax impact schedule that is separate from all other budget documents.
10. Consider a resolution amending the North Logan Design Standards Technical Manual (DSTM) regarding stormwater detention and retention standards.
