- Agenda Town of Leeds Town Council Wednesday, May 27, 2026 PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Town of Leeds Town Council will hold a PUBLIC MEETING on Wednesday, May 27, 2026, at 7:00 PM at the Leeds Town Hall, 218 N. Main Street, Leeds, UT 84746. If you are interested in participating remotely via Google Meets, please contact Town Hall at 435-879-2447 or email the clerk@leeds.utah.gov for Google Meets details. Regular Meeting 1. Call to Order/Roll Call 2. Invocation 3. Pledge of Allegiance 4. Declaration of Abstentions or Conflicts 5. Consent Agenda: a. Tonight's Agenda May 27, 2026 b. Meeting Minutes of May 13, 2026 6. Announcements 7. Public Comments: No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 8. Public Hearings: Tentative Budget FY 27 for the General Fund and the Capital Improvement Fund 9. Discussion and Possible Action Items: a. Roads: Bids for Repair - Project Old Highway 91 b. Resolution 2026-07 Utah Division of FFSL (Cooperative Agreement FFSL) Leeds Cooperative Agreement FFSL c. Designate Permissible Area to Discharge Fireworks d. Ordinance 2026-03 to Adopt the Changes Agreed to at the April 8, 2026, Town Council Meeting Chapter 21 - Subdivisions e. Petition for Disconnection of Silver Pointe Estates f. Appointment of Planning Commissioner for the Term July 1, 2026, to June 30, 2031 10. Discussion Items: a. Update WUI Building Code and Boundary for the Town of Leeds b. Tentative Budget FY 27 for the General Fund and the Capital Improvement Fund 11. Staff Reports 12. Public Comment No action may be taken on a matter raised under this agenda item. (Three minutes per person.) 13. A Closed Session may be held pursuant to Utah Code Section 52-4-204 & 205 upon request. 14. Adjournment The Town of Leeds will provide reasonable accommodations for persons needing assistance to participate in this public meeting.
