- PROVO MUNICIPAL COUNCIL Redevelopment Agency of Provo Provo City Stormwater Service District Regular Meeting Agenda 5:30 PM, Tuesday, May 02, 2023 Council Chambers (Room 100) Hybrid meeting: 445 W. Center Street, Provo, UT 84601 or https://www.youtube.com/provocitycouncil The in-person meeting will be held in the Council Chambers. The meeting will be available to the public for live broadcast and on-demand viewing on YouTube and Facebook at: youtube.com/provocitycouncil and facebook.com/provocouncil. If one platform is unavailable, please try the other. If you do not have access to the Internet, you can join via telephone following the instructions below. TO MAKE A VIRTUAL PUBLIC COMMENT: To participate in the public comment portion(s) of the meeting, call in as an audience member as the presentation is wrapping up. Be sure to mute/silence any external audio on your end to reduce feedback (if you are viewing the live proceedings on YouTube, mute the YouTube video; you will be able to hear the meeting audio through the phone while you are on the line). Press *9 from your phone to indicate that you would like to speak. When you are invited to speak, the meeting host will grant you speaking permission, calling on you by the last four digits of your phone number. A resolution consenting to the appointment of individuals to the Energy Board. (23-005) 6. A presentation on the proposed tentative budget for Provo City for Fiscal Year 2023-2024. A resolution authorizing the Mayor to submit an application for a Utah County Municipal Recreation Grant to be used for restroom and playground improvements at Rock Canyon Park. (23-044) 10. A resolution appropriating $1,060,000 in the Mountain Vista Fund for completing the Mountain Vista Business Park Road construction project. (23-006) 11. A resolution accepting an annexation petition for further consideration for approximately 9.1 acres of property generally located at 5500 N Canyon Road. North Timpview Neighborhood. An ordinance amending the General Plan Map classification of approx. 0.23 acres of real property, generally located at 2050 North Canyon Road, from Commercial (C) to Residential (R). Pleasant View Neighborhood. (PLRZ20220301) 13. An ordinance amending the Zone Map of approx. 0.48 acres, located at 2050 N Canyon Road, from General Commercial (CG) and Two Family Residential (R2PD) to Medium Density Residential (MDR) & authorizing a related development agreement. (PLRZ20220302) 14. **CONTINUED**Steven Turley requests a Zone Change from the R1.8 (One Family Residential) zone to the MU (Mixed Use) zone for approximately two acres of land, located at 2075 W Center Street. Provo Bay Neighborhood. PLRZ20210271 15. **CONTINUED**Provo City Development Services requests approval of General Plan Text Amendments to Appendix C (Annexation Map and Policies) in order to update zoning standards for agricultural lands. Citywide Application. PLGPA20230063 16. **CONTINUED**Provo City Development Services requests Text Amendments to Section 14.34.060 (Location of Boats, Boat Trailers, and Travel Trailers).
