- UTAH PRIVACY COMMISSION MEETING This will be an electronic meeting with an anchor location. Public comments may be allowed after each discussion item. Anchor Location: Utah Capitol Complex East Bldg., Room 220 350 N. State Street Salt Lake City, UT 84114 AGENDA May 13, 2026 2:30 pm 1. Welcome 2. Action and Discussion Items: A. Approve April minutes B. Introduce new Commissioner Jeremy Zabriskie C. Conduct annual OPMA training (Elliott Clark) D. Review and approve the UPC's FY2026 Annual Agenda, per Utah Code 63A-19-204 E. Introduce Noah Passey F. Establish task forces with deliverables and reporting deadlines i. Discontinue the PIA subcommittee ii. Task force for the new Technology transparency study, per Utah Code 63A-19-407 (HB 450 lines 998 - 1017) - Ideas about a possible program framework (Noah Passey) iii. Task force for the SEDI program iv. Task force on GRAMA classification recommendations for governmental entity privacy program reports, per HB 450 lines 590 -591 v. Task force on annual employee training guidelines, per HB 450 lines 816 - 839 vi. Task force for the UPC's administrative rule, per HB 450 lines 546 - 551 G. UPC webpage design and logo (Shane Paul) H. Utah Data Governance Summit on May 21st @ UVU I. Utah Privacy Audit Team presentation 3. Other business 4.
