- PROPOSE FOR PUBLIC COMMENT: Amend Section R307-110-13 to incorporate Utah State Implementation Plan Section IX, Control Measures for Area and Point Sources, Part D, Ozone; Section IX.D.13.a, 2020 Uinta Basin Periodic Inventory Report and Section IX.D.13.b, 2023 Uinta Basin Periodic Inventory Report.
