- PUBLIC NOTICE Beaver County 5/6/2026 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that Beaver County has received an Industrial Protection Area (IPA) application for Don Roberts. He has proposed adding Industrial Protection to four (4) parcels, 60 acres in total, located northwest of Minersville Town limits. The current use of the land is for composting and fertilizer. Proposed IPA details are available in the Beaver County Commissioner's Office. For questions please contact Kyle Blackner at 435-438-6483 or kblackner@beaver.utah.gov or Keven Whicker at 435-438-6461 or kevenwhicker@beaver.utah.gov. Please send any written objections or modification requests to the County Commission at commission@beaver.utah.gov within fifteen (15) days of this notice. Information including any written objections or modification requests will go to the Advisory Committee and the Planning Commission for review and recommendations. County Commission will hold a public hearing on Tuesday, July 14, 2026 at 10:30 am at the Beaver County Administration Building at 105 East Center St., Beaver, Utah to hear public comments.
