- NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION will hold a Public Hearing on May 14, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Wasatch County Council Chambers, located at 25 North Main Street, Heber City, to consider the below listed items. For Online meeting participation click on the following link: https://wasatchcounty.gov/openmeeting Public comments and questions for the Planning Commission meeting can also be made via email prior to May 13th at 5:00 p.m. Emails should be sent to PlanningCommission@wasatch.utah.gov. For questions regarding connecting to the webinar please call the Planning Department at 435-657-3205. The Planning Commission meeting will also be available for viewing live and afterwards at: https://wasatchcout.portal.civicclerk.com/. Regular Agenda: All matters listed on the regular agenda will be presented and heard individually by the Planning Commission. 1. Toll Southwest LLC, representing MEB Enterprises LLC, requests Preliminary Subdivision approval for Lake Creek subdivision, a 29-lot subdivision on 40 acres located at approximately 850 South 3600 East in Section 3, Township 4S, and Range 5E in the Residential Agriculture (RA-1) zone. (DEV-11816, Doug Smith) 2. MCM Engineering Inc., on behalf of Jody Senninger, requests Preliminary Subdivision approval for Valor Estates, a six-lot large scale subdivision on 11.068 acres, located at 847 S. 2400 E. in the Residential Agricultural (RA-1) zone. (DEV-10755; Doug Smith) All interested persons are invited to attend. A work meeting will be held in the Council Chambers at 5:30 p.m. prior to the regular Planning Commission meeting. This work meeting is for discussion purposes only. The public is welcome to attend, however formal presentation of items, public comment and actions will be reserved for the public hearing at 6:00 p.m. For information, please call the Planning Department at 435-657-3205
