- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Three Bridges Public Infrastructure District No. 1 Board of Trustees Public Hearing and Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THREE BRIDGES INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON DECEMBER 15, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 11:00 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Public Hearing 1. 2026 Budget Hearing D. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on November 3, 2025 E. Action Items 1. Consider accepting the Third Quarter Financial Statements 2. Consider for adoption Budget Resolution 2025-03, adopting the 2026 Budget 3. Adoption of the 2026 Annual Meeting Schedule 4. Consider renewal of the CLA SOW 5. Consider approval of the engagement of District Auditor F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Open Public Meeting Training G. Other Items From Board Members H. This meeting will be simulcast via Zoom so members of the Board and the public may participate electronically. Motions relating to any of the items listed above, including final action, may be taken.
