- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Viridian Farm Public Infrastructure District No. 1 Board of Trustees Public Hearing and Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF VIRIDIAN FARM PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT NO. 1 WILL HOLD A MEETING ON DECEMBER 19, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 9:00 A.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Public Hearing 1. 2026 Budget Hearing 2. Open and amend the 2025 Budget D. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on September 17, 2025 E. Action Items 1. Consider accepting the Third Quarter Financial Statements 2. Consider for adoption Resolution 2025-03, amendments to the 2025 Budget 3. Consider for adoption Resolution 2025-04, adopting the 2026 Budget 4. Consider renewal of the CLA SOW 5. Consider approval of the engagement of District Auditor 6. Adoption of the 2026 Annual Meeting Schedule F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Open Public Meeting Training G. Other Items From Board Members H.
