CALL TO ORDER: Chair Barbara Bloomfield APPROVAL OF MINUTES: February 25,2026 SCHEDULED ITEMS: Open comment period The Open Comment Period provides an opportunity for the public to address the Commission regarding concerns or ideas on any topic. Employee award presentation Employee from the Clearfield Aquatic and Fitness Center will be spotlighted and honored with the Award of Excellence for their outstanding contributions. COMMUNICATION ITEMS: Staff Report Aquatic and Fitness Center manager Clint Warnick is scheduled to attend with an update on initiatives within the division. Deputy Director's Report Curtis Dickson, Deputy Director, will provide a report on current and upcoming community events and initiatives. Director's Report Eric Howes, Director, will provide a report on the progress and status of ongoing capital projects. Discuss timelines and planning for upcoming projects and review of completed projects and outcomes. Council Liaison Minute Dakota Wurth, Council Liaison, will provide an update on recent City Council decisions and their implications for park operations and community initiatives. Commissioners' Minute Present current and upcoming volunteer opportunities related to park maintenance, community events, and program support. Park Watch Reports Commissioners have an opportunity to report back on issues and concerns that they have identified during their visits to their assigned areas during the month. Introduction of the program for new members and discussion on re-assignments to include new members.
