- Annabella Town NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LAND USE ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS Public Notice is hereby given that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the proposed amendments to the Annabella Town Land Use Ordinance. The proposed amendments provide various updates to ensure compliance with ยง10-20 of Utah State Code. The public hearing will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council room, 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah. Tina Mitchell Annabella Town Clerk
