- Annabella Town NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING LAND USE ORDINANCE AMENDMENTS Public Notice is hereby given that the Annabella Planning Commission will hold a public hearing to receive public comment regarding the proposed amendments to the Annabella Town Land Use Ordinance. The proposed amendments provide various updates to ensure compliance with ยง10-20 of Utah State Code. A copy of the updated Land Use Ordinance is available at the Annabella Town Office, on the Utah Public Notice website, and on the Town website at www.annabella.utah.gov The public hearing will be held on Monday, April 27, 2026 at 6:00 p.m. in the Annabella Town Council room, 295 East 300 North, Annabella, Utah.
