DISCUSSION ITEMS 9. AGENDA REVIEW 10. NEXT SCHEDULED MEETING 11. ADJOURNMENT THE PUBLIC IS INVITED TO PARTICIPATE IN PUBLIC MEETINGS FOR ALL AGENDAS.
