Consideration to Authorize a Second Amendment to the Exclusive Negotiation Agreement with Brinshore Development, LLC, in a Form Approved by the City Attorney, to Proceed in Good Faith to Negotiate the Master Development Agreements to Support the Bonanza 5-Acre Site Redevelopment Partnership (A) Public Input (B) Action VIII.
