- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Auto Mall & Retail Public Infrastructure District Board of Trustees Special Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF AUTO MALL & RETAIL PUBLIC INFRASTRUCTURE DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON APRIL 24, 2023 AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 4:00 PM. A. Call to Order B. Consent Items 1. Approve the minutes of Board meeting held on March 30, 2023. C. Action Items 1. Consider approval of engagement with Zions Bank for Municipal Advisory Services related to pricing certificate for pending bond issuance, and authorizing Chair to sign. 2. Consider approval of Resolution 2023-08A authorizing annexation of certain property to, and withdrawal of certain property from, the initial District boundaries; authorizing the final local entity plat and other documents in connection therewith; authorizing the publication of notice of this resolution; and related matters. 3. Consider other miscellaneous approvals related to the pending issuance of bonds, Series 2023A and 2023B, as may be advised by bond counsel Gilmore & Bell. D. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. None.
