- Notice is hereby given that the North Tooele Fire Protection Service District will hold a Board Workshop on March 14, 2026, at 8:00 AM at the Stansbury Park Fire Station, 179 Country Club, Stansbury Park, UT, 84074. Working Breakfast (Breakfast will be served at 8am. 15 minutes to assemble to start the meeting and eat while working.) 1. Roll Call and Pledge of Allegiance 2. Review of NTFD Organizational Chart and Divisions 3. Review of NTFD Strategic Plan 4. Review and Discussion of NTFD Continuity of Operations Plan 5. Projects Review a. Stations i. Burmester Inland Port station status ii. ST62 - Lake Point Station status iii. ST65 - Arrowhead station status b. Apparatus i. Acquisition of Ladder Truck c. Administration i. Purchase Ordering System implementation ii. Lincoln Dinner - update by FM Buck Peck iii. Creation of an Internal Audit Committee - results from 2025 Fraud Risk Assessment iv. Tax Anticipation Loan for 2026 6. Future Funding (we still need 10 million dollars) a. Potential Countywide EMS Sales Tax Ballot Measure - presentation by Kim Clausing 7. Review and Updates to Board and Administrative Policies a. Purchasing Policy b. Surplus Property c. Retirement Benefits d. Elective Deferred Savings Plans e. Comp Time Policy f.
