- Call to order and Roll Call. 2. Public comments regarding items not on the agenda. 3. Consideration and possible action to approve the minutes of the March 11, 2026, meeting. (Exhibit 1) 4. Review of the Joint Public Hearing with County Council March 18, 2026. KPCW article: Summit County Council Gives nod to Snyderville Basin Cemetery near Bear Hollow. (Exhibit 2) 5. A discussion of our Preferred Cemetery site as it pertains to a needed engineering study analyzing possible road alignment options. Discussion Leader: Site Selection sub-committee Chair, Pete Gillwald. 6. Discussion regarding a potential open house tentatively scheduled for April 13th at the Bear Hollow Clubhouse at 3:00 pm 7. Sloane Consultant Group (A) Follow-up discussion on service area and projections and Business Plan (Exhibits 3 and 4): Vice chair Dan Whitehurst (B) Community outreach presentation (Exhibit 5) 8. Treasurer Will Seggos: Discussion and possible action to procure software products for the district. (Exhibt 6) 9. Discussion and possible action to amend the district's ILA Agreement with Summit County to include a provision to provide administrative services to the district at a rate of $35 per hour. (Exhibit 7) 10. Update on updating our website. Discussion leaders: Will Seggos and William Oshinsky. 11. Agenda items for May 6, 2026, meeting. 12. Adjournment
