Discussion of 2026 Legislative Session, Peter Clegg An overview of the 2026 Legislative session's impact on human services. D. Substance Use Disorder (SUD) Training Scholarship, Peter Clegg June 30 funding deadline. Scholarship applications are still available for SUD training. 6. Approving the Minutes 7. Discussion Items A. Crisis response capacity building for Wendover/ Ibapah Seeking input on options for providers/partners to improve the crisis response time. B. Hospitalization and Inpatient Data Mark Schull will address hospitalization data and inpatient utilization management and discuss high- frequency utilization of specific facilities and factors influencing hospital selection. C. Social Services Block Grant FOA Preparation Establishing the release schedule for the Social Services Block Grant (SSBG). Discuss the feedback on potential changes to the application or review process and identification of priority focus areas for the upcoming funding cycle. 8. Action Items 9. Council Reports 10.
