- PUBLIC NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the City Council of Milford, Utah will hold a regular meeting at 4:00 PM at the Milford City Administrative Office, Council Chambers, 26 South 100 West, Milford, Utah for the purposes described below on Tuesday, March 17, 2026 1. MAYOR'S WELCOME & CALL TO ORDER: Roll Call & Pledge of Allegiance 2. CONFLICTS OF INTEREST - Declaration of any potential conflicts of interest relating to agenda items 3. VISITORS a. Milford Library Board, Sherri Yardley - Extend Invitation to Library Open House/Provide update on current board members b. Utah FORGE, Christopher Katiss - Quarterly update on the Utah FORGE Project c. Shawn Dickens: Discuss New RV campground Proposal (40-50 sites North of town) 4. CONSENT ISSUES Presentation for approval: bills and payroll, minutes of February 17, 2026 Council Meeting, minutes of March 13, 2026 Work Session 5. NEW BUSINESS a. Discuss Copper Road between Highway 257 and 300 West b. Discuss Hickory Mine Equipment c. Approval of hiring of assistant pool managers and lifeguards 6. OLD BUSINESS a. Approval of Sidewalk Policy b. Approval of Cooperative Agreement with BCSD for Facility Use for Recreation 7. ORDINANCE AND RESOLUTIONS a. Ordinance 3-2026 'Adopting 2006 Utah Wildland Urban Code' b. Resolution 2-2026 'Municipal Wastewater Planning Program Update' 8. ADJOURNMENT Notice: The City Council may adjourn to Executive Session pursuant to the provisions of §52-4-204 and §52-4-205, Utah Code Annotated (1953), as amended. CERTIFICATE OF DELIVERY & POSTING I, Monica D. Seifers, duly appointed and acting City Recorder do hereby certify that the above Notice and Agenda was posted in three public places within the Milford City Limits on this 12th day of March, 2026. These public places being 1) Milford City Office; 2) U.S. Post Office; and 3) Milford Public Library. The foregoing Notice and Agenda was also delivered to each member of the governing body and posted on www.utah.gov/pmn and linked to www.milfordcityutah.com and the Milford City Facebook page.
