- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the WASATCH COUNTY LIBRARY BOARD will hold its monthly meeting at 2:30 PM on Friday, March 20, 2026. This meeting will be held in person at the Wasatch County Library and virtually via Zoom. The meeting link is available on the library's 'About' webpage at https://www.wasatchlibrary.org/about. Public comments and questions will be accepted via email up to one hour before the live meeting. Send comments, questions, or a request for online meeting credentials to Juan Lee, Library Director, at jlee@wasatch.utah.gov ANCHOR LOCATION: WASATCH COUNTY LIBRARY 465 East 1200 South, Heber City, Utah Library Board Meeting Friday, March 20, 2026 AGENDA The order of agenda items is subject to change without notice. 1. Call to Order & Welcome: Library Board Chair. HANDOUT #1 2. Public Comment: Time for members of the public to make comments on issues not included on today's agenda. 3. Approval of Minutes A. Minutes of the regular Board meeting held on November 21, 2025. HANDOUT #2a B. Minutes of the regular Board meeting held on February 20, 2026. HANDOUT #2b 4. Consent Agenda Items A. Report on expenditures as of the end of February 28, 2025. HANDOUT #3 B. Library Admin Report. HANDOUT #4 5. Business A. Revision of Meeting Room Policy. HANDOUT #5 a. Discussion of spaces available for petitions. b. ADD to section 6.2 Soundproof booth and LAB as meeting spaces c. ADD to section 6.3 limit items that produce strong odors d. ADD section 6.3.1 Petitions and signature gathering e. DELETE in 6.6 and 6.7 the reservation windows and add Zenbooth and LAB to 6.6 and 6.8 forms f. DELETE in 6.7.5 catering from Cora's Kitchen and ADD limit to strong odors B. Revision of LAB Acceptable Use Policy. HANDOUT #6 a. ADD section 15.5.1 Guidelines for using the 3D printer b. DELETE section 15.12 User agreement form C. Discussion about instances of student misbehavior in the Library. 6. Call for Agenda Items for Next Meeting April 17, 2026, 2:30 PM 7. Closed Session - as needed The Board may consider a motion to enter a Closed Session in accordance with UCA 52-4-205 to discuss the following: Purchase, exchange or lease of property; pending or reasonably imminent litigation; the character, professional competence, or physical or mental health of an individual. 8.
