- 1. America's Potluck for America 250 Celebration: Kenice Whitaker, Events Manager (2 minutes) 2. NIT Update: Gary LeDoux, Neighborhood Improvement Team Manager (3 minutes) 3. Beautification Commission: Review Nominations and pictures (15 minutes). All nominees are receiving a yard sign, along with a $25 gift card to Cook's Farm & Greenhouse, and one Grand Prize Winner will win a $100 Gift Card 4. Discuss District Service Projects: Councilmember LaNae Millett {10 minutes) 5. Short-term Rentals: Jacob Summers, Deputy City Attorney {30 minutes) 6. The Annual Report will be presented by Reed Farnsworth at the next City Council Meeting on Tuesday, November 18th, at 6:00 p.m. 7. Discuss Tentative Meeting Schedule for 2026: Reed Farnsworth a.
