Topic: Janica & Jennifer Review the Statute https://le.utah.gov/xcode/Title78B/Chapter22/78B-22-S704.html?v=C78B-22-S704_2019051420190514 There is no approval process from the Board regarding a County application. Jennifer does the County application and sends it to the County for signatures, this is an application that was approved by the Board many years ago and doesn't affect the process of appointing counsel from the courts. 5. Topic: Review and approve 5 old invoices. 6. Topic: Vote to approve request for additional funding in the Valerie Stringham Peck case. 7. Topic: Vote to approve request for additional funding in the Kyle Taylor Gooch case. 8. Other business: 9. Next meeting: 10.
