- Lake Point City Council Special Meeting Agenda Public Notice is hereby given that Lake Point City Council will hold a public meeting. Council members may participate electronically in accordance with the City's electronic meeting policy. Date: Thursday, Feb 26, 2026 Place: Lake Point Fire Station 1528 Sunset Rd Lake Point, UT 84074 Time: 8:00 PM 1. Opening Formalities A. Call to Order B. Presiding Officer C. Attendance Roll Call 2. Public Comment- This is the time for any person to address the Council on any topic not on the agenda for Public Hearing. Public Hearing agenda items will have a separate comment period during the public hearing agenda item. Any written comments may be provided to the City Recorder before or during the public comment time frame. 3. Action/Business Items A. Commercial Site Plan for 8235 Commerce Drive, applicant Todd Barrett B. Adding Trash Flow service contract- technical support 4. Public Comment 5. Adjournment In compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act, Lake Point City will make reasonable accommodations for individuals needing assistance to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance must be made at least three (3) working days in advance by calling 801-725-5096 or emailing info@lakepoint.gov At least 24 hours before the meeting a copy of the agenda was posted at the following locations, Lake Point City website https://lakepoint.gov/city-recorder/ , the Utah Public Notice Website, and the Lake Point Fire Station 1528 Sunset Road, Lake Point, UT 84074
