- FEBRUARY 23, 2026 DESIGN REVIEW BOARD MEETING AGENDA NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Design Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The public hearing shall be preceded by a work session from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. City Staff will host the meeting, FOR THE FOLLOWING: 1. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 1312 S Valley Grove Way (Sam White's Lane Neighborhood) Public Hearing to consider the request of Alex Norr for a commercial site plan for a luxury apartment community located at 1312 S Valley Grove Way in The Grove - Interchange Subdistrict with VGMU overlay. Review and approve the minutes for the February 2, 2026, meeting. For assistance in understanding the above items, you may contact City Planner, Jacob Hawkins, at (801) 785-6057.
