NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Pleasant Grove City Design Review Board will hold a Public Hearing on Monday, February 23, 2026, at 5:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Police and Court Building located at 108 S 100 East in Pleasant Grove, Utah. The public hearing shall be preceded by a work session from 5:00 p.m. to 5:30 p.m. City Staff will host the meeting, FOR THE FOLLOWING:
1. Public Hearing: Site Plan - Located at 1312 S Valley Grove Way
(Sam White's Lane Neighborhood)
Public Hearing to consider the request of Alex Norr for a commercial site plan for a luxury apartment community located at 1312 S Valley Grove Way in The Grove - Interchange Subdistrict with VGMU overlay.
Review and approve the minutes for the February 2, 2026, meeting.
