- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA FOX HOLLOW INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT SPECIAL MEETING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF FOX HOLLOW INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 2026, AT YORK HOWELL, 10610 SOUTH JORDAN GATEWAY, SUITE 200, SOUTH JORDAN, UTAH 84095 AT 2:00pm A. Call to Order B. Preliminary Action Items Not applicable. C. Consent Items 1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on December 16, 2025. D. Action Items 1. Approve the Amended and Restated Infrastructure Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and SCP Fox Hollow, LLC. E. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Annual Board Training - Open and Public Meetings Act (https://training.auditor.utah.gov) 2. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any infrastructure financing district business. F. Adjourn The District complies with the Americans with Disabilities Act by providing reasonable accommodations for those in need of assistance.
