NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF FOX HOLLOW INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT WILL HOLD A SPECIAL MEETING ON

1. Approve the draft minutes of the board meeting held on December 16, 2025.

1. Approve the Amended and Restated Infrastructure Acquisition and Reimbursement Agreement between the District and SCP Fox Hollow, LLC.

1. Annual Board Training - Open and Public Meetings Act (https://training.auditor.utah.gov)
2. Open meeting discussion with Board members of any infrastructure financing district business.
