The Mayor and Council will meet in the Council Work Room for informal discussion and dinner. No action will be taken on any items. No decisions will be made at this meeting. DISCUSSION ON THIS EVENING'S REGULAR MEETING AGENDA ITEMS a) Invocation - Councilmember Crandall b) Pledge of Allegiance - Councilmember Snelson c) Consent Agenda 3. Approval of the minutes for February 21, 2023 Work Study and Regular meetings 4. Approval of the Mayor's appointment of George Weight to the Landmark Preservation Commission 3. DISCUSSIONS/PRESENTATIONS a) Presentation on revised policy for unlicensed and delinquent businesses - Josh Yost, Community Development Director b) Demographics and Development; 2022 Recap and 2023 projections - Josh Yost, Community Development Director MAYOR, COUNCIL, AND ADMINISTRATIVE REPORTS CLOSED SESSION, IF NEEDED - TO BE ANNOUNCED IN MOTION The Springville City Council may temporarily recess the meeting and convene in a closed session as provided by UCA 52-4-205.
