- West Haven Special Service District WHSSD 4450 Lift Station Repump PART 1 SECTION 1.1 - INVITATION TO BID INVITATION TO BID Sealed Bids for the construction of the WHSSD 4450 Lift Station Repump will be received by West Haven Special Service District at the District office, 4150 S 3900 W, West Haven, UT 84401, until 10:30 AM local time on Wednesday, 3/11/2026, at which time the Bids received will be publicly opened and read aloud. The Project consists of: 4450 LS Repump: To Remove and Replace the Lift Stations 3 pumps and adjacent assemblies and hardware. Pump Electrical Paneling/Control Removal and Replacement and other minor electrical equipment. The project shall be governed by the contract documents. The successful bidder will be responsible for meeting all bonding, traffic control, encroachment permit, other requirements imposed by West Haven City at no additional cost to OWNER. Bid security shall be furnished in accordance with the Instructions to Bidders. The contracts will be awarded, if they are to be awarded based on this solicitation, to the responsive, responsible bidder (please refer specifically to Article 3 in Section 1.2) submitting the lowest bid. The District reserves the right to reject any or all bids. PDF copies of the Bidding Documents may be obtained after 2/18/2026, free of charge, by sending a request to Rporter@gecivil.com. A Mandatory Onsite Pre-bid conference will be held on Monday, February 23, 2026. The meeting will convene at 2:00PM at the Lift Station. Attendance at the pre-bid conference is Mandatory. In accordance with Utah Code 63G-6a-112(2)(b)(iii) this Invitation is posted on the District's website.
