CERTIFICATE OF POSTING The undersigned, duly appointed City Recorder, does hereby certify that the above agenda was posted on the Utah Public Notice Website, the Emery Town Website and at Emery town Hall. The public is invited to attend all city council meetings. If you need special accommodation to participate in the meeting, please notify Kris Ashley, Town Recorder, (435) 286-2417, at least 3 working days prior to the meeting. **We do have electronic participation, if you would like to attend this meeting by conference call, please call Town Hall by 3:00 p.m. on the day of town Council for the participation phone number
