- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Eureka City Council will hold their Regular Council Meeting on Monday, February 09, 2026, Meeting will begin at 7:00 pm, 15 North Church Street, Eureka, Utah. The agenda shall be as follows: PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE. ROLL CALL. CITIZEN COMMENTS. (Citizens who wish to address the Council may do so at this time. All comments will be documented in the minutes, however, no action can be taken at this meeting due to not being on the agenda.
