Discussion and Action on the Following Resolutions: - 03-2026 - A resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a cooperative agreement between the Utah Division of Forestry, Fire and State Lands and WFD. - 04-2026 - A resolution approving and authorizing the execution of an interlocal agreement for the provision of fire and EMS services between WFD and Cache County Fire District. - 05-2026 - A resolution authorizing the acquisition of real property and approving a real estate purchase agreement with River Blacksmith Investments, LLC. o Purchase price - $1,069,315.00 - 06-2026 - Resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a purchase agreement for fire apparatus between Weber Fire District and Siddons Martin Emergency Group, LLC. o Purchase price - $1,145,867.00 10.
