- Dutch John Planning & Zoning Regular Meeting Wednesday ,February 18, 2026 at 7:00 pm - 7:15 pm Notice of Public Hearing Electronic participation will be available. See https://dutchjohn.gov/pages/calendar for more details. This is a public hearing to take public comment on proposed changes related to Minor Subdivisions (Chapter 12, Section 1213) and road width requirements. The proposed changes include dropping the maximum number of lots from 10 to 4 and adding an exception clause for land being transferred from the Daggett County Redevelopment Agency (RDA).
