- PUBLIC NOTICE AND AGENDA Range Infrastructure Financing District Board of Trustees Public Hearing and Meeting NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF RANGE INFRASTRUCTURE FINANCING DISTRICT WILL HOLD A MEETING ON DECEMBER 2, 2025, AT SNOW JENSEN & REECE, P.C., 912 W. 1600 S., SUITE B-200, ST. GEORGE, UTAH 84770 AT 2:00 P.M. A. Call to Order B. Public Comment C. Public Hearing 1. Open and Amend the 2025 Budget 2. 2026 Budget Hearing D. Consent Items 1. Consider approval of the Board Meeting Minutes held on November 4, 2025 E. Action Items 1. Consider for adoption Resolution 2025-02, amendments to the 2025 Budget 2. Consider for adoption Resolution 2025-03, adopting the 2026 Budget 3. Adoption of the 2026 Annual Meeting Schedule 4. Consider renewal of the CLA SOW 5. Consider approval of the engagement of District Auditor F. Administrative Non-Action Items 1. Open Public Meeting Training G. Other Items From Board Members H.
