- A M E N D E D NOTICE OF CITY COUNCIL MEETING OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF RICHFIELD SEVIER COUNTY, UTAH Pursuant to ยง52-4-6(2), UCA, notice is hereby given that the City Council of Richfield City, Sevier County, Utah, will hold a regular council meeting on Tuesday, January 13, 2026, in the Council Chambers, Richfield City Center, 75 East Center Street, commencing at 7:00 p.m. The agenda shall be as follows: ( The agenda may be accelerated, or line items may be discussed in any order.) 1. CALL TO ORDER 2. SWEARING IN 3. OPENING REMARKS 4. PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE by invitation 5. ROLL CALL 6. APPOINTMENTS 7. MINUTES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the minutes of the meeting held on December 9, 2025. 8. EXPENDITURES APPROVED - Consider a motion to approve the warrants and cash disbursements for December 2025. 9. CONFLICT OF INTEREST 10. BUSINESS a. Planning Commission Report. b. Youth City Council to discuss the events they are planning for the upcoming year. c. Malcolm Nash to discuss options the City has for incentivizing businesses. d. Consider adopting Resolution 2026-1 supporting UDOT's sale of property to Rocky Mountain Power for the construction and operation of a new electrical substation. e. John Draper and Mitch Dickinson to discuss the construction of a hangar at the Airport to be used by the State Wildland Fire for a helibase. f. Consider adopting Resolution 2026-2 submittal of the 2025 Land and Water Conservation Grant Application to secure grant funding to assist with irrigation improvements for the golf course. 11.
