b. Youth City Council to discuss the events they are planning for the upcoming year.
c. Malcolm Nash to discuss options the City has for incentivizing businesses.
d. Consider adopting Resolution 2026-1 supporting UDOT's sale of property to Rocky Mountain Power for the construction and operation of a new electrical substation.
e. John Draper and Mitch Dickinson to discuss the construction of a hangar at the Airport to be used by the State Wildland Fire for a helibase.
f. Consider adopting Resolution 2026-2 submittal of the 2025 Land and Water Conservation Grant Application to secure grant funding to assist with irrigation improvements for the golf course.
