- PUBLIC NOTICE is hereby given that the Wasatch County Parks and Recreation SSD #21 Governing Board will hold a Public Hearing at the Wasatch County Council Chambers, 25 N Main, Heber City, UT Commencing at 6:00 P.M. WASATCH COUNTY PARKS & RECREATION SSD #21 GOVERNING BOARD DATE: December 9, 2025, 6:00pm Order of Agenda Items Subject to Change without Notice Public Hearing - Agenda 1. Discussion/Consideration of Resolution 25-02 Amend the 2025 Wasatch County Parks & Recreation SSD #21 Budget. 2. Discussion/Consideration of Resolution 25-03 - Truth in Taxation Authorize increasing the property tax rate from 0.000157 to 0.000172 in excess of the 2025 certified tax rate so as to increase revenue over and above revenue increases for growth, in the fund by $270,429. 3. Discussion/Consideration of Resolution 25-04 Adopt the 2026 Wasatch County Parks & Recreation SSD #21 Budget and to authorize budget policies regarding the carrying forward of funds and future amending of the budget. 4. Discussion/Consideration of Resolution 25-05 to adopt the 2026 Wasatch County Memorandum of Understanding Budget and to authorize budget policies regarding the carrying forward of funds and future amending of the budget.
