- Notice is hereby given that the American Fork City Council will hold a Swearing-in Ceremony on Tuesday, January 5, 2026, in the American Fork City Hall, located at 31 N. Church Street, commencing at 12:00 p.m. as follows: SPECIAL SESSION 1. Welcome. 2. Swearing in of Mayor Elect Brad Frost and Councilmembers-Elect Staci Carroll and Ryan Hunter. 3. Remarks from Mayor Frost and Council Members. 4. Adjournment.
