- Lake Point City Council Meeting Agenda Public Notice is hereby given that Lake Point City Council will hold a public meeting. Council members may participate electronically in accordance with the City's electronic meeting policy. Date: Wednesday, January 28, 2026 Place: Lake Point Fire Station 1528 Sunset Rd Lake Point, UT 84074 Time: 6:00 PM 1. Opening Formalities A. Call to Order B. Prayer C. Pledge of Allegiance D. Presiding Officer E. Attendance Roll Call 2. Legal Training/Clarification 3. Staff Report 4. Public Comment- This is the time for any person to address the Council on any topic not on the agenda for Public Hearing. Public Hearing agenda items will have a separate comment period during the public hearing agenda item. Any written comments may be provided to the City Recorder before or during the public comment time frame. 5. Approve the Minutes A. 01.14.2026 6. Reports/Presentations A. Treasurer Report/ Summary Budget Report 7. Action/Business Items A. Resolution to appoint Planning Commission Member B. Council Committee Reassignments 8. Council Updates A. Committee Updates B. Kirk Pearson C. Lori Chigbrow D. Kathleen VonHatten E. Kirk Trimble F. Ryan Zumwalt 9. Public Comment 10. Closed Session- if needed for purposes listed under Utah Code 52-4-205 11.
