- NOTICE OF AND AGENDA FOR A PUBLIC HEARING and REGULAR MEETING OF THE BOARD OF TRUSTEES OF THE GOSHEN VALLEY LOCAL DISTRICT NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Trustees of the Goshen Valley Local District (the 'District') shall convene as a Board on Tuesday, November 25, 2025, at 9:00 a.m., at the Elberta Valley Ag Office located at 16100 South 12800 West, Elberta, Utah and via the Microsoft Office 365 application Teams. The agenda for the meeting is as follows: Welcome and Roll Call Statement of Conflict of Interest by Board and Staff, if needed Public Comment Financial report on current expenses and budget Public Hearing on the following items proposed amendments to 2025 budget tentative 2026 budget Board action on proposed 2025 budget amendments Board action on 2026 budget Consideration for approval of the October 6, 2025 Board Meeting Minutes Proposed annual meeting schedule for 2026 Discuss and potentially adopt of water contract amendment (M McVicker) Other Business Next Meeting is scheduled for TBD This meeting shall be open to the public in accordance with the Utah Open and Public Meetings Act. This meeting will be held virtually via Microsoft Teams and in person. For any member of the public who desires to join this meeting, please call the Goshen Valley Local District Clerk at 801-715-9144. Leave a message that includes your email address, and you will receive a meeting invitation with a link to the virtual meeting. All interested members of the public are invited to attend.
