Proposed Ordinance 2025-35 amending Subsection 15-39-8.E to adopt uses and standards in the MU Zone, to make technical changes, and to appropriately revise the index. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote) 2. Proposed Rezone - 768 West 24th Street. Proposed Ordinance 2025-36 amending the Zoning Map of Ogden City to reclassify as Mixed Use Zone (MU) property heretofore classified as Single-family Residential Zone (R-1-5), generally located at 768 West 24th Street. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote) b. Proposed Harrison Boulevard OGX Station Area Plan. Proposed Resolution 2025-22 adopting the Harrison Boulevard OGX Station Area Plan. (Receive input; adopt/not adopt resolution - roll call vote) 6. Reports from Administration: a. Proposed Massage Business Regulations. Proposed Ordinance 2025-37 amending Title 5 by adopting a new Chapter 18 to adopt Massage Business, to make technical changes, and to appropriately revise the index. Proposed Resolution 2025-15 approving the project master plan for a mixed-use development within the Trackline Economic Development Project Area, located at 768 West 24th Street. (Receive input; adopt/not adopt resolution - roll call vote) 4. Comments: a. Executive Director. b. Board members. 5. Adjournment.
