2. Proposed Rezone - 768 West 24th Street. Proposed Ordinance 2025-36 amending the Zoning Map of Ogden City to reclassify as Mixed Use Zone (MU) property heretofore classified as Single-family Residential Zone (R-1-5), generally located at 768 West 24th Street. (Adopt/not adopt ordinance - roll call vote)
b. Proposed Harrison Boulevard OGX Station Area Plan. Proposed Resolution 2025-22 adopting the Harrison Boulevard OGX Station Area Plan. (Receive input; adopt/not adopt resolution - roll call vote)

a. Communication Plan - Wall Avenue Corridor Study Preferred Alternative. Council staff will provide a communication plan and a tentative schedule for action on the Wall Avenue Corridor Study Preferred Alternative.
