PRESENTATIONS a. Oath of Office - Newly Elected City Officials Judge Kelly Schaeffer-Bullock will administer the Oath of Office to newly elected city officials: Mayor Brittney P. Bills, Council Member Ron Campbell, Council Member Liz Rice, and Council Member Scott L. Smith. b. Oath of Office - Youth City Council Judge Kelly Schaeffer-Bullock will administer the Oath of Office to the 2026 Youth City Council Members. 2. CONSENT ITEMS Items on the consent agenda are of a routine nature. They are intended to be acted upon in one motion. Items on the consent agenda may be pulled for separate consideration. a. RESOLUTION: Council Board Appointments General City Management Brittney Bills, Mayor The City Council will consider ratifying the Mayor's appointments of City Council Board assignments for 2026. ADJOURNMENT In accordance with Americans with Disabilities Act, Highland City will make reasonable accommodations to participate in the meeting. Requests for assistance can be made by contacting the City Recorder at (801) 772-4505 at least three days in advance of the meeting.
