- NOTICE TOWN OF STERLING PLANNING COMMISSION MEETING 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UT 84665 NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE TOWN OF STERLING PLANNING & ZONING COMMISSION WILL HOLD THEIR NEXT MEETING ON TUESDAY APRIL 12, 2022, BEGINNING AT 7:00 P.M. IN THE STERLING TOWN COMMUNITY CENTER, 75 N 100 W, STERLING, UTAH. The Agenda Shall Be As Follows: Pledge of Allegiance Review of minutes Jones & Demille - Website and Steering Committee Meetings Needed Discuss Buffer Zone Changes - from 1/2 acre building lot requirements in 1st 1/2 acre out, and 1 acre building lots second 1/2 acre to all 1 acre, or getting rid of buffer zone altogether. Committee Business Items on the Agenda (Which Require No Published Notice of Time) may be considered earlier than shown on the Agenda. CERTIFICATE OF POSTING NOTICE AND AGENDA I, duly appointed and acting Secretary to the Planning Commission, Sterling, Utah, hereby certify that copies of the foregoing Notice and Agenda were posted at three (3) public places within the municipality; emailed or hand delivered to the Planning Commission members, posted on http://pmn.utah.gov on this the 11th day of April, 2022.
