Open Meeting Act Training - Amy Hugie 7. Election of Executive Committee Members: Chair, Vice Chair, and Treasurer 8. Approval of Minutes - December 9th, 2025 9. Presentation on Construction Projects - Eddie Hogan, Hogan Construction and Heber Slabbert, AJC Architects 10. Presentation on Lease Revenue Bonds - Alex Buxton, Zions Public Finance 11. Discussion and Action on the Following Resolutions: - 01-2026 - Resolution acknowledging full payment and discharge of certain general obligation bonds. - 02-2026 - Resolution approving and authorizing the execution of a purchase agreement for fire apparatus between Weber Fire District and Siddons Martin Emergency Group, LLC. o 2028 Purchase price - $1,048,851.00 12. Discussion and Action on the Following Rules and Regulations: - 102.12.4 - Division Chief - Logistics - 200.09 - Modified Duty - 802.00 - Privacy Policy 13.
