- NOTICE AND AGENDA Notice is hereby given that the Garland City Council will hold a closed session at 7:00 p.m. on the 5th day of January, 2026, at the Garland City Building. The Mayor reserves the right to modify the sequence of agenda items in order to facilitate special needs. The agenda shall be as follows: Regular Meeting - 7:00 p.m. 1. Call Regular Meeting to Order 2. Call Closed Session (52-4-205) (1)(a) and (52-4-205) (1)(c) 3. Adjourn from Closed Session 4. Adjourn from Regular Meeting Dated the 2nd day of January 2026 __________________________________ Kristal Edwards, Recorder *Garland City Council reserves the right to go into a closed session at any time during this meeting.
